Healing Arts Psychotherapy: Looking Within to Find Wholeness
Do you feel like you just don't fit in, or that no one understands what you're going through? Perhaps you may have felt marginalized because of your cultural background, physical ability, sexual orientation or gender identity. Anxiety, depression, fear or anger are common emotions that many find hard to deal with or express. Addictions and relationship problems at home or at work are a sign that things are out of balance. It can be painful to suffer all alone with difficult feelings while trying to cope with the stress of daily life.
When you're seeking help, you want someone to hear you without judgment, who has the knowledge to understand what you're going through.
I have a compassionate, warm approach, with a touch of creativity, that assists people to:
~ Heal from shame and past wounds
~ Get in touch with their inner strengths
~ Find deep self-acceptance and self-love
~ Identify and exert their own voice and sense of power
~ Learn to communicate effectively and socialize with others
~ Create healthy relationships based on trust and honesty
~ Renew a sense of joy and excitement about life
Please feel free to contact me regarding any questions or concerns you may have about how I work.
