My Style

I have a holistic approach that creates a safe space for healing through the integration of all energetic systems of the body, mind, spirit, and consciousness. In addition, I bring attention to the social, political, and cultural factors that are influencing an individual, as well as the intergenerational patterns of historical wounding. In essence, I attempt to support clients to integrate the individual system, along with the universal system to find wholeness. I build a collaborative relationship with my clients to work together to find the root of the problem and develop healthy solutions. Please look through my website to get a sense of how I work.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns, to find out if this is the right place for you.
